Hi, I'm Soyeon
I design interactive experiences that support reflection, engagement, and meaningful human connection.
My work spans both cultural storytelling and healthcare technology, exploring how digital media can help people connect with history, identity, memory, and personal well-being.
Through projects such as The Garden of Liberation and Rootin, I investigate the role of interactive storytelling, emotional design, and human-centered technologies in shaping meaningful user experiences.
I am currently pursuing an MFA in Digital Media & Design at the University of Connecticut, where I teach undergraduate students and conduct research at the intersection of interactive media, UX design, and Human-Computer Interaction.
